How to study for a certification exam while working full time
Most professional exams publish a blueprint of domains and weightings. Build your plan from it, in short sessions you can actually keep.

Map the blueprint
Download the official exam objectives and note each domain's weighting. That list, not the textbook's table of contents, decides where your hours go.

One domain at a time

Do not upload question dumps or material you are not allowed to share; besides breaking most certification agreements, they teach the answers to specific items instead of the subject. Your own notes and the published objectives are the right input.

How to make a quiz from training material
Upload the onboarding deck, manual, SOP or policy you are training on. Choose scenario-style questions at the Apply level rather than definitions: "what should you do" tells you far more about whether training worked than "what does the acronym stand for".
Edit the draft, then deliver it one of three ways: create a group with a six-character join code and assign it (you see each person's status and score), export QTI or Moodle XML for an LMS that imports them, or print it as PDF or Word for a classroom session.
Keep the quiz short. Eight to twelve questions at the end of a module, plus a few of the same questions a month later, does more for retention than one long test on day one.

Compliance questions carry more weight than a classroom quiz, so review every one. Check that it reflects the current version of the policy, that the correct answer is the one your legal or HR team would give, and that no distractor is also defensible. Avoid trick wording; the aim is to confirm people know what to do.
Be clear about what QuerySpark is not: it does not issue completion certificates, track annual deadlines or export SCORM. Use it to write and run the knowledge check, and keep the official record in your HR or learning system.
Can I upload confidential work documents?

That said, your employer's rules come first. Many organisations restrict uploading internal documents to third-party tools; if yours does, use public material such as the published exam objectives, or remove sensitive details before uploading.
